If you can’t make it in to our office to rent a booth, feel free to use this booth deposit form to leave a $21.20 ($20.00, plus $1.20 tax) deposit for your account. This payment does not “reserve” any specific booth; it only serves as a deposit. You will need to call or email us to reserve a booth and receive a booth number. Booth numbers can be assigned up to two weeks in advance. If you have a favorite location– please include it in your email or when calling. You must reserve the booth before setting up. Note: There are no cash refunds, if your booth rental total should be less than the $21.20 deposit then the difference will remain on your account and be applied to your next rental.
